Tien has held various roles at ADP, including Sales Executive and HCM Business Consultant, where they focused on achieving sales performance and enhancing client solutions. Currently, Tien serves as the Innovation Leader for the Future of Work, providing thought leadership and coaching for sales professionals. Tien is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of South Florida.
