Wade Schlosser has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Wade is currently working as the EVP at adQuadrant's internal brands division, where they partner with brands to deliver high-intent consumers through media buying, online brands, data, and technology. Prior to that, Wade founded Solvable in 2019, an online marketplace that helps small businesses with their tax issues through cutting-edge content, community, tools, and services.

In 2012, Wade founded Forward Leap Marketing, a data-driven lead-generation agency that specializes in helping financial companies generate quality leads and reduce costs through online technologies. Wade served as the CEO until it was acquired in early 2023. Before that, Wade was an investor at Graffiti Tracker Incorporated, a web-based system that helps identify, track, prosecute, and seek restitution from graffiti vandals.

Wade also had a leadership role as the VP of Business Development at Affiliate Media, Inc., an online agency and publishing company focused on affiliate marketing. Wade led the launching and sale of an affiliate network and lead generation platform, as well as the growth of premier publishing websites. Additionally, Wade worked as the Ad Network Operations Manager at PrimeQ Interactive Advertising, where they significantly increased traffic and revenue for various industries through affiliate relationships, pay-per-click, and email marketing.

At the start of their career, Wade served as the VP of Sales and Marketing at the Internet Marketing Center of California, where they played a key role until its acquisition in late 2004.

Wade Schlosser attended California State University, Long Beach from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1997, they attended Millard South, although no degree or field of study information was provided for this institution.

In addition to their formal education, Wade Schlosser also holds several certifications. In 2009, they obtained the Email Marketing Certified Professional certification from MarketingSherpa – MarketingExperiments. In 2012, they obtained the Conversion Practitioner Certification from Online Marketing Certified Professionals.
