Mark Fotohabadi, PhD has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court in 2009. In 2010, they co-founded the Agency for Dispute Resolution (ADR) and its sister publication, ADR Times, where they served as the Managing Principal. Mark then became a Co-Founder and Publisher of ADR Times in 2010. In 2018, they took on the role of Principal and Broker Associate for Tract Home Sales, and also became an Adjunct Professor at the University of La Verne. In 2019, they became a Partner at Lido Watch Club and a Business Consultant for Pelican Developers. In 2020, they began working as a Lecturer at California State University, Fullerton, and in 2021 they became a Member and Contributor to the Forbes Business Council. In 2022, they started working as a Lecturer at Cal Poly Pomona College of Business Administration.

Mark Fotohabadi, PhD obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Leadership from Alliant International University between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their MDR - Master of Dispute Resolution in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law between 2009 and 2010. Mark also obtained their MBA - Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School between 2006 and 2008. Theireducational journey began with a BSc in Urban & Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 2002 and 2005. Additionally, Mark Fotohabadi, PhD holds certifications from US Sailing, including a Basic Cruising Certification (to Skipper 23'-42' Cruising Sailboat) obtained in March 2020 and a Basic Keelboat Certification (to Skipper 18'-30' Keelboat) obtained in May 2019. Mark also holds a Real Estate Brokers License from the California Department of Real Estate, obtained in October 2003, and an MCLE Provider from the State Bar of California, obtained in July 2013.
