Kaitlin Smith

Kaitlin Smith has extensive experience in corporate governance and financial management, serving in various Company Secretary roles since 2015 across multiple organizations. Currently, Kaitlin holds the position of Company Secretary/CFO at AE Advisors, as well as Company Secretary for AML3D (ASX:AL3), Adrad, Aerometrex, Whitebark Energy Limited, Otto Energy Ltd, Advanced Braking Technology, and previously for Mighty Kingdom. Kaitlin's earlier roles include Company Secretary/Accountant at Dreadnought Resources Limited and Auteco Minerals Limited. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of South Australia, alongside additional studies at the Governance Institute of Australia.
