Lucian Paduret

Lucian Paduret is an experienced professional in the fields of operations and project management, currently serving as the Business Line Operational Director at Adrem since May 2023. Prior roles include Operations Director at Eplus Automation and Tempos Serv, with a strong foundation in project management and service leadership at Adrem Engineering. Lucian also possesses extensive experience from earlier positions at Adrem Invest, where roles included Operations Director and Project Management Supervisor, as well as experience in sales at Rompers SRL. Lucian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Automatics and Industrial Informatics from Universitatea "Stefan cel Mare" in Suceava and completed a High School Diploma in Mathematics-Physics at Colegiul National "Nicu Gane" in Falticeni.
