Mihaela Melenciuc has over 15 years of comprehensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Adrem Invest since May 2010, where previous roles included Human Resources Director and Recruitment Manager. Prior to this, Mihaela held the position of Human Resources Manager at South Pacific Group from September 2008 to April 2010 and worked as an HR Consultant at RH Partners from June 2007 to August 2008. Starting a career at 4P Ambalaje, Mihaela progressed from Office Manager to Director Executiv between April 2004 and May 2007. Mihaela holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Petre Andrei University (1999-2003) and completed CIPD certification between 2011 and 2012.
