Jessica Rice

Jessica Rice has a diverse work experience in marketing and customer service roles. Jessica is currently employed as a Marketing & Engagement Strategist at Adrenaline Agency, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Store Operations and Marketing Manager at Nomads Adventure & Active Wear from April 2021 to October 2021.

Before transitioning into marketing, Jessica gained valuable experience in customer service and leadership roles at Eastern Mountain Sports. Jessica served as a Floor Supervisor from June 2020 to April 2021 and as a Floor Guide from November 2019 to June 2020.

Jessica's earlier work experience includes a long tenure at Town & Country Federal Credit Union, where they held multiple roles. Jessica started as a Member Service Rep in August 2008 and worked in that position until April 2013. Jessica then served as a Marketing Specialist from April 2013 to January 2016, supporting the Marketing Manager and the team. Finally, they held the position of Marketing Manager/Member Engagement Manager from January 2016 to August 2019, overseeing marketing and member engagement operations.

Jessica Rice attended Southern Maine Community College from 2012 to 2016, where they studied Business Administration/Marketing. Starting in 2016, they continued their education at Southern New Hampshire University, focusing on Marketing. In addition to their academic pursuits, Jessica obtained a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Blue Osa Yoga Retreat & Spa in June 2019. Jessica also obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Level 1 certification from Bentley University in February 2023.
