Laura Diaz, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning various project management roles. Laura began their career as a Human Distraves Assistant at DISTRAVES S.A., where they designed and executed plans to improve communication among coworkers. Laura then worked as a Public Relations and Marketing Management Intern at Coconut Bay Beach Resort, where they developed marketing and advertisement strategies to promote the resort's services and increase customer loyalty.

Laura later joined a non-profit organization as a Public Relations Practitioner Intern, where they created a public relations campaign, managed its budget and schedule, and developed evaluation metrics. Laura then moved on to Empoderdando, where they served as a Marketing Project Manager, supporting the marketing team in enhancing the organization's image and leveraging its presence on social platforms.

Further in their career, Laura worked at BKV as a Project Manager, managing annual marketing campaigns for multiple clients and improving communication and efficiency among internal teams. Laura also provided translation services for English to Spanish for multiple clients. Laura then joined Think Interactive as a Project Manager before transitioning to Brown Bag Marketing as a Senior Project Manager.

Currently, Laura is with Adrenaline Agency, where they hold the position of Director of Brand Project Management. In this role, they plan and manages the execution of various communication disciplines for clients, including brand advertising and website redesign. Laura also implements new processes to improve resource management and operational efficiency.

Throughout their career, Laura has consistently demonstrated their project management skills and ability to develop strategies, improve communications, and achieve project goals.

Laura Diaz, PMP has a Master's degree in integrated global communication from Kennesaw State University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, where they studied from 2004 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Laura also holds certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in October 2021, and Scrum Master from the International Scrum Institute™, which they obtained in April 2015.
