Neha Thakur has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Neha began their career in 2011 as a Regional Coordinator at Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund. Neha then worked as an Assistant Operations Manager at Gouri India Pvt. Ltd from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they joined NVISH Solutions as part of the Human Resources team from 2015 to 2016. Neha then moved on to Unwebd Pvt. Ltd as an HR Manager from 2016 to 2017. Neha'snext role was as an Assistant Manager - HR at Winsome Yarns Limited from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Adreno Technologies as an HR Manager, a position they started in 2021.

Neha Thakur earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance, General. Neha attended Punjab Technical University from 2009 to 2011.
