Karen Franco

Karen Franco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and the entertainment industry. Currently serving as a Bilingual HR Generalist at SBM Management Services, LP since March 2024, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles, including Producer and 2nd Assistant Director in film and television production from May 2012 to March 2024. Additionally, Karen has worked in various capacities within the media production crew since May 2008 and held the position of Talent Manager for the VH1 show Black Ink Crew Chicago at Viacom from May 2021 to September 2023. Karen also has experience as a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker from March 2021 to September 2023.
