Erin Dress

Erin Dress has a solid background in human resources. Erin started their career in 1994 as a Human Resources Administrator at Bay Corrugated Container, where they worked until 2005. Following that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Erin then joined ABC Detroit/Toledo as a Human Resources Manager from 2007 to 2011. Erin is currently the Director of Human Resources at Adrian Dominican Sisters, a position they have held since February 2011.

Erin Dress attended Siena Heights University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In addition to their degree, Erin obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2012.
