Jon M. Meyers

Jon M. Meyers, SPHR, serves as Senior Director of Human Resources at Cintas, overseeing HR activities across multiple sites and strategically partnering with operations and sales leadership since June 2010. Previous roles at Cintas include Director of Human Resources and General Manager, focusing on operational management and revenue growth. Prior to joining Cintas, Jon held the position of Regional Director of Human Resources for Cintas Corporation's West Region from 2008 to 2010 and spent 17 years at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. as Market HR Manager and District Manager, managing HR functions in the retail sector. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Capella University, complementing foundational studies at Missouri Western State University.
