Robert Urlovic

Robert Urlovic possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Front Desk Shift Manager at Adriatic Luxury Hotels since April 2008. Progressing through various roles including Front Desk Receptionist, Concierge, and Bellman, Robert has developed a comprehensive skill set in customer service and operations. In addition to work at Adriatic Luxury Hotels, Robert is the Owner of eSimple, established in June 2022, and also manages Villa Betty Dubrovnik, a business owned since May 2012. Educationally, Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the American College of Management and Technology, Division of Roc, completed between 2007 and 2011, and attended Ekonomska i trgovacka skola in Dubrovnik from 2001 to 2005.
