Kimberly Mauersberg

Kimberly Mauersberg currently serves as the Assistant Vice President Development at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County since August 2024. Prior to this role, Kimberly held several prominent positions at the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, including Senior Director of Development and Director of Institutional Giving, spanning from March 2015 to July 2024. Earlier experience includes positions at City Theatre Company as Director of Development, the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra as Major Gifts Officer, and Robert Morris University as a Communications and Fundraising Consultant, where Kimberly supported a $40M capital campaign. Kimberly also directed development efforts at Pittsburgh Public Theater and served in various communication roles at Rice University and Carnegie Mellon University. Academically, Kimberly holds an MA in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in English/Creative Writing from Penn State University.
