Peter Rivera

Peter Rivera is a seasoned professional in the arts and fundraising sectors, currently serving as Director of Development at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County since January 2024. Previously, Peter held the position of Development Associate at Florida Grand Opera from January 2022 to December 2023. Peter has an extensive background as a singer and tenor while self-employed from January 2011 to August 2023. Educationally, Peter holds a Master's degree in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami and is pursuing a Certificate in Principles & Techniques of Fundraising from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance from the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music.
