Ryan Gil

Ryan Gil is a Development Manager for Global Priorities at The Nature Conservancy, where responsibilities include managing operations and projects to enhance principal gift fundraising for global climate initiatives. Previous roles at The Nature Conservancy include Gift Administration Specialist, overseeing donor-advised fund programs, and Coda Fellow, project managing the Natural Climate Solutions Handbook while preparing content for major climate events. Ryan's experience also encompasses a Climate & Energy Intern position at the World Wildlife Fund, contributing to global climate diplomacy, as well as research work with the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality analyzing public perceptions of groundwater pollution. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in Environmental Studies from Georgetown University and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Environmental Policy from the University of Oregon.
