Kashif Zubair, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kashif is currently the Chief Executive Officer of AMCOB - Allied Muslims Chamber of Business, a membership-based mastermind group for Muslim entrepreneurs that provides support and organizes events to help them grow and achieve their potential. Before this, Kashif held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Adroit Business Solutions, LLC, where they focused on talent optimization, corporate turnaround, and exit planning for companies in the US. Kashif also served as a PI Certified Partner at The Predictive Index, helping organizations overcome workplace challenges through scientific behavioral assessments. Kashif has also worked as a Vistage Speaker at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., providing executive coaching and peer group support to help members outperform their competition. Earlier in their career, they were the Managing Partner at Shining Star Interactive, a Network Security Administrator at Capital Health (US), and an Assistant Manager in various capacities at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Andersen, and Ernst & Young, where they gained expertise in information systems auditing, project management, business process analysis, and strategic planning. Kashif Zubair, MBA, has a strong education background in business administration, management, and computer sciences. In 2019, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to this, in 1997, they obtained an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, specializing in Management Information Systems. In 1995, Kashif earned a Diploma in Computer Sciences from the Petroman Training Institute of Computer Sciences. Furthermore, in 1995, they graduated from the University of Sindh with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting.

Aside from their academic achievements, Kashif Zubair has acquired several professional certifications. In 2018, they obtained certification as a Predictive Index Practitioner from The Predictive Index. Additionally, in 2003, they became a Certified Information Security Manager through the Information Systems Audit and Control Association. The same year, they also achieved the Security Certified Network Professional designation from the Security Certified Program. In 2001, Kashif became a Certified Information Systems Auditor, and in 2000, they earned the Certified Internet Webmaster Associate certification from the CIW Certification Board, Prosoft Training. In 2000, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco, and in 1999, they became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
