Alemija Damilola

Alemija Damilola has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. They began their career as a Business Officer, responsible for managing financial aspects and developing strategies for optimizing financial performance. They then moved on to become a Business Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations, financial management, and strategic planning. As a Deputy General Manager, they played a key role in overseeing various aspects of a real estate agency's operations and maintaining client relationships. They further advanced their career as a Regional Responsibility Officer, overseeing branch offices and ensuring compliance with company policies and sales targets. As Deputy Chief Responsibility Officer, they worked closely with the Chief Responsibility Officer to develop and implement strategies aligned with the company's values. Most recently, they served as a Territorial Chief Responsibility Officer, designing marketing strategies and managing budgets for a team of three regional offices. In addition to their real estate experience, Alemija also founded and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of AARON CONSULT & CO, a company offering product branding, marketing, recruitment, and sales services.

Alemija Damilola attended the Federal School of Statistics (National Bureau of Statistics) from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a National Diploma in Computer Science. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they furthered their education at the same institution and obtained a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science.
