Jan Nicolas Koenig has worked in the media and communications industry for nearly a decade. In 2011, they began their career as a Consultant Media at MediaCom, where they were responsible for digital planning for clients such as Goodyear, Dunlop, Gerolsteiner, Nikon and Storck. Jan Nicolas then moved to MEC in 2012, where they held various roles including Director Strategy, Supervisor Digital Strategy, and Consultant Digital. During this time, they were responsible for transforming Vodafone from a brand into a publisher, launching the online magazine featured.de, and coordinating digital international launches such as the GLA and CLA. In 2017, they joined Wavemaker as Managing Director and Managing Partner, where they were responsible for WAVEMAKER's content offer, diversification and business in Germany, as well as managing client relationships to Paramount, Netflix, Vodafone, s. Oliver, GoDaddy and Emmi. In 2021, they became Co-Founder of ODALINE, where they are transforming brand comms for the new 20s, and also became CSO of AdScanner and Creative Strategist at FYPX.

Jan Nicolas Koenig completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Sports and Eventmanagement from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2010. Jan Nicolas then participated in a Semester Abroad in Management from California International Business University, San Diego in 2010.
