Nina Franck's work experience began in 2010 as a Project Manager Assistant at Marketing Gesellschaft Mönchengladbach. Nina then worked at various positions in the advertising industry, including roles at MEC as an Account Manager and Associate Director, at Starcom as an Associate Director, and at Blue449 UK as an Account Director. In 2019, they became a freelancer as a Paid Media Consultant at Franckly Ltd, where they worked with national and global brands on media strategies and cross-channel campaigns. In 2022, they became a Planning Partner at Archmon, an advertising company focused on challenging the status quo. Currently, they are the Director of Client Success at AdScanner, a TV DMP company providing data-driven TV advertising solutions.

Nina Franck completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in International Marketing from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences, attending from 2005 to 2009. Nina then pursued their Master of Science in Business and Management (MBM) at the University of Plymouth, from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Nina has obtained several certifications including "Goodvertising" and "Marketing Strategy" from 42courses in June 2021, "TV Masters" from Thinkbox in April 2021, "Social Media" from 42courses in March 2021, and "Behavioural Economics" from 42courses in July 2020.
