Amber Duncan possesses extensive experience in client success and operational management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Lightbeam Health Solutions since August 2019, Amber has progressed through various roles including Client Success Executive and Implementation and Project Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Nobilis Health Corp. where Amber held the positions of Director of Surgery Scheduling and Account Executive, overseeing multi-specialty surgery scheduling and fostering relationships with physicians and hospital leaders. Previous roles at Cigna-HealthSpring and Bank of America have contributed to a solid foundation in network operations and customer service.
