Maciej Grams

Maciej Grams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in e-commerce, project management, and supply chain logistics. As the CEO and Founder of Adshero since January 2021, Maciej launched a retail media platform tailored for e-commerce businesses. Additionally, since March 2020, Maciej has led OmniHero, a marketplace agency that supports brands on platforms like Allegro and Amazon, while being a proud member of IAB Poland. Maciej co-owns Fun with Mum Sp. z o.o., an online retail outlet for children's products since April 2014. Prior experience includes project management roles at Netsprint Group, focused on Poland's largest marketplace Allegro, and Incessio, as well as logistics management at Ericsson. Maciej also served as a Test Center Manager for APICS, overseeing certification exams for supply chain professionals. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Kozminski University and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from Wyższa Szkoła Logistyki.
