Lauryn Cannon

Lauryn Cannon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and management, currently serving as a Talent Development Manager at ADS, Inc. since December 2022. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at GEICO, where Lauryn was instrumental in coaching and training leaders in sales, service, and claims teams. Achievements at GEICO include recognition as the #1 Ranked Supervisor in the Military Auto Sales Department for two consecutive years and multiple accolades as a top-performing agent and coach. Lauryn's career began in customer service and sales roles, including positions at Terminix, The Loved Dog, Richmond SPCA, and MSDS Consultant Services LLC. Lauryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Relations/French from Virginia Commonwealth University and has pursued additional business education at Tidewater Community College and the University of Maryland Global Campus.
