Vinnie Moulton

Vinnie Moulton currently serves as a Category Manager for C5ISR Intelligence at ADS, Inc., in addition to a role as Business Development Manager, focusing on the Army PEO IEW&S since January 2020. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at Apex Systems and serving in various capacities within the U.S. Army Forces Command, including Cyber Electromagnetic Activities Officer and Platoon Leader. Vinnie also held positions at the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command as a Logistics Manager and Company Executive Officer, managing significant responsibilities in property accountability, training operations, and soldier readiness. Vinnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University.
