Marc Fleischmann is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and open-source ecosystems. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager at NetApp, Fleischmann also holds positions as a board member at Liqid and advisor at Millennium Technology Value Partners. As the founder of OSB Alliance, Europe's largest open-source ecosystem hub, Fleischmann has significantly influenced the marketing of open-source business solutions. Previously, Fleischmann served as Cloud CTO at VMware, CEO and Founder of Datera and RisingTide Systems, and CEO of smeet.com. Notable early career roles include Group Product Manager at Microsoft and board member at InnoTek.
