Quyen Huynh

Quyen Huynh is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR operations across multiple regions, including APAC and EMEA. Currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at AdStart Media since July 2024, Quyen oversees comprehensive HR functions for over 70 employees, focusing on payroll, contracts, compliance, and employee relations, while also leading the implementation of HRIS. Previously, Quyen enhanced onboarding and offboarding processes at ByteDance for more than 900 employees and supported payroll and benefits in Vietnam. At Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, Quyen provided HR support for over 1,000 employees, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions as an HR Generalist. Early career experiences include managing employee relations and performance management at Shopee. Quyen holds a Master of Business Administration from UEH - International School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business English from Ho Chi Minh City Open University.
