Jon Marvin

Jon Marvin has extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at ADT since September 2013. Prior to this role, Jon held various positions at Protection One from July 1999 to September 2013, including Director of Business Solutions and Customer Operations Manager. Jon began the career as a Customer Service Supervisor and Representative. Jon Marvin earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Friends University, studying from 1999 to 2005.
