Keena Sioui

Keena Sioui is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director, Human Resources Business Partner at ADT since December 2021, Keena previously held positions as Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Carrier and Jet, and Director, Talent Management at Precision Castparts. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Ford Motor Company, where Keena advanced from Labor Relations Representative to Sr. Human Resources Business Partner. Keena holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, History, and Economics, both from Michigan State University.
