Kelli R. Baker

Kelli R. Baker serves as Vice President of Real Estate, Facilities, Security, and EHS at ADT since January 2023. Previously, Kelli held various leadership roles at Carrier Corporation from May 2014 to January 2023, including Global Head of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities, where responsibilities encompassed managing a global portfolio of 1,300 properties and overseeing a $300 million operating budget, as well as leading procurement and sourcing with a focus on multi-billion dollar spending. Kelli also authored a children's book, "Bluette and Poppy Celebrate a Birthday," and has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management in notable companies such as Hamilton Sundstrand and Pratt & Whitney. Kelli holds a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law, an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business, and a BA from the University of Connecticut.
