Stephanie Gillespie

Stephanie Gillespie is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in Agile transformation and software engineering leadership. Currently serving as the SVP of the Agile Transformation Office at KeyBank since October 2005, Stephanie leads initiatives to establish Agile practices across a large number of software engineering teams and programs. Previous roles at KeyBank include SVP of Consumer Digital Technology, overseeing a substantial software engineering organization and managing a significant technology budget. Prior to KeyBank, Stephanie held multiple leadership positions at AmTrust Bank and served as Enterprise IT Asset Manager at State Farm Insurance. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, CIS, and Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
