Kristin Barchuk

Kristin Barchuk is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and financial management. Currently serving as Director of M&A and Strategy at ADT since August 2012, Kristin has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Finance and Treasury and Senior Manager of Treasury - Capital Markets. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Financial Analyst at Tyco International and ExxonMobil, as well as managerial roles at Lawyer's Aid Service. Kristin holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
