National Associate Director, Access And Inclusion, Student And University Partnerships at Adtalem Global Education

Milena Garcia, MPH, MS has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Milena started their career in 2001 at Westwood College as an Admissions staff, where they played a key role in overseeing the enrollment process and contributing to an increase in student retention. In 2005, they joined Ross University School of Medicine as a Senior Associate Director of Admissions.

Since 2019, Milena has been working with Adtalem Global Education. Milena initially held the role of Associate Director, Student and University Partnerships, where they developed relationships with key stakeholders to increase partnerships with academic and non-academic institutions. Additionally, they organized events to enhance brand awareness. In the same year, Milena also started working on the Access and Inclusion in Medicine initiative, where they developed partnerships with specific colleges and universities to provide opportunities to students who will better represent their community.

Currently, Milena holds the position of National Associate Director, Access and Inclusion, Student and University Partnerships at Adtalem Global Education. Milena'sresponsibilities include further expanding partnerships and promoting inclusivity in the medical field.

Throughout their career, Milena has demonstrated a commitment to student success, enrollment growth, and fostering diversity in medical education.

Milena Garcia, MPH, MS has a Master's degree in Public Health from Chamberlain University, a Master's degree in Communications from Colorado State University, a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, and has also studied Italian Language at Università per Stranieri di Perugia.
