Nancy Johnson

Nancy Johnson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice-President of Human Resources for Chamberlain University and Adtalem Institutional Shared Services since November 2007. Previously, Nancy acted as the interim Chief Human Resources Officer for Adtalem Global Education and led various HR initiatives, including organization design and talent management during the integration of Walden University. Prior roles include Director of Global Talent Management at Sara Lee and HR Business Consultant at RR Donnelley, where Nancy developed talent strategies across multiple functional areas. Nancy's career in HR began at Caremark, where Nancy served as Director of Human Resources. Nancy holds a BS in Management from Miami University and an MBA in General Business and HR from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
