Rachel Durcan

Rachel Durcan has extensive work experience in various roles in the education and business development sectors. Rachel currently serves as the Sr. Director of International Recruitment at Adtalem Global Education since 2023. Before that, they were the Senior Associate Director - International from 2021 to 2023. Prior to their time at Adtalem Global Education, Rachel worked as a Regional Manager of Business Development at Chamberlain University from 2020 to 2021. Rachel also served as a Business Development Manager at ICEF from 2018 to 2020. Rachel's earlier experience includes roles such as Manager of International Recruitment and Sr. International Relationship Coordinator at Adtalem Global Education from 2013 to 2017. Rachel also held positions at Alliance Abroad Group, where they served as the Head of Operations and Corporate Development from 2009 to 2013 and as a Regional Program Sales Manager from 2005 to 2009. Rachel's career started at Baby Talavera Clothing Company as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator in 2004.
