Alena Chumachenko

Alena Chumachenko is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and crew management. Currently serving as HR Manager and IT Recruiter at Adtelligent Inc. since January 2020, Alena oversees the full cycle of recruiting IT specialists, including candidate screening, interviewing, and post-offer follow-ups. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Recruiter at Provectus, where responsibilities involved identifying suitable candidates and managing job market analysis. Alena also held roles as Crew Manager at Seleznev & Co., and as a Visa Manager at Mouzenidis Travel, along with an earlier position as an English Teacher at Wonderland.
