Maryna Bukach

Maryna Bukach has significant experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and management. Maryna most recently worked as the Head of HR Department at Adtelligent Inc. from June 2018 onwards. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior HR Manager & IT-Recruitment Manager at both VertaMedia and SoftTechnics, where they were responsible for recruiting IT professionals, implementing onboarding and performance assessment programs, developing educational programs, managing HR brand activities, and organizing corporate events. Before entering the HR field, Maryna worked as a Recruitment Manager at Consulting company "Profit" and as an HR Manager at Retail "Dysky and Kassety". Maryna began their career at RAF-PLUS Ltd as an Economist and later became the Head of the Financial Department.

Maryna Bukach has a Master's degree in Management of external economic activity from Odessa National Polytechnic University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2007. In 2015 to 2016, they attended KMBS, where they studied the Art of people management and an Efficient HR system. Currently, Maryna is enrolled in the International Academy of Personality Cognition, pursuing a degree in Psychodiagnostics of a Personality: Physiognomy, starting in 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Creating a Culture of Change from LinkedIn in September 2018.
