Johanna Hora is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR business partnering and rewards. Currently, Johanna serves as the Head of Main Department HR Business Partnering & Rewards at Endress+Hauser Group since November 2020, having previously held roles such as Strategic HR Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner within the same division, focusing on technology and R&D projects. Prior to Endress+Hauser, Johanna worked as a Senior HR Business Partner for Novartis in Europe, and as Head of HR Finance, Divisional Strategy & Communications at Sandoz, providing strategic support to finance teams. Johanna's career began at Schreiner Group GmbH & Co. KG, where roles progressed from HR Assistant to Executive Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Diplom in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Master of Arts in Management Human Resources from FOM University of Applied Sciences.
