Chethana M has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Adtran since February 2023, following a continuity of employment with ADVA Optical Networking where the same role was held from June 2016. Prior to this, Chethana worked as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition at Puravankara Projects Limited from July 2014 to June 2016 and as a Training Coordinator at NTT DATA Global Delivery Services from October 2013 to July 2014. Chethana holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Visvesvarayya Technological University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Mysore University.
