Maciej Lipski, MBA has a vast experience in software and technology roles, ranging from R&D Engineer to Director of Software. At Adtran, Maciej leads the Optical Transport Infrastructure SW group, following the merger with ADVA. With a background in telecommunications and a recent MBA from Kozminski University, Maciej has expertise in areas such as requirements engineering, system design, and software integration. Throughout their career, Maciej has led multinational engineering teams and mentored first-line managers, demonstrating strong leadership and technical skills.
