Michał Szekalski

Michał Szekalski is a System Verification Test Engineer at Adtran since August 2021, serving as a Scrum Master and responsible for developing test cases, maintaining test environments, documenting defects, and creating end-to-end test scenarios. Prior to this role, Michał worked at NetWorkS! for almost a decade, first as a Radio Network Planning Specialist, where responsibilities included radio network coverage planning for major mobile operators and optimizing network parameters, and then as an Accustoming of Infrastructure Main Specialist, coordinating subcontractors and managing project budgets. Michał's career began at Orange Polska as an Accustoming of Infrastructure Main Specialist, focusing on the installation and supervision of telecommunication devices. Michał holds a Master’s degree in Radiocommunication Systems and Networks from Gdańsk University of Technology.
