Pradipta Das

Pradipta Das is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software design and engineering. Currently, Pradipta serves as an Engineering Manager at ADTRAN since May 2008, previously holding the position of Lead Software Design Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Director at Trail Ridge Software India Pvt Ltd from 2003 until May 2008, and as a Software Engineer at Carrier Access Corporation from 1999 to 2002. Pradipta began a professional career as an Engineer-II at Daewoo Telecom from June 1995 to February 1999, contributing to the development of ATM switches and writing various ATM-AAL5 drivers for CPEs. Pradipta holds a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, completed in 2013, and possesses an educational background from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology.
