Srinivasu Vaduguri

Srinivasu Vaduguri is an experienced engineering professional with a solid background in software development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at ADTRAN since September 2014, Srinivasu has also held the role of Engineering Manager at Juniper Networks since May 2013, focusing on T-series router platform development. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager positions at Emerson Network Power, overseeing OpenSAF HA middleware development and protocol integration, and a Technical Lead role at Aricent, where TCP performance enhancement was a key responsibility. Additional prior experience includes Senior Software Engineer positions at Nokia, handling OS bringup and device driver development, and at FutureSoft, working on protocol development and stack porting. Srinivasu earned a BE in Computer Science from the University of Madras between 1995 and 1999.
