Yadira Howe

Yadira Howe is the Chief Financial Officer at Adult and Child Mental Health Center, Inc. Yadira has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Yadira began their career as an auditor at a public accounting firm. Yadira then transitioned to corporate accounting, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility at companies in the healthcare and human services industries. In February 2013, they joined The MENTOR Network as a Regional Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they were responsible for the financial planning and analysis for long-term care and outpatient services. Yadira also managed and developed regional teams overseeing financial ledger month-end processes, regional and Shared Services Center operations, and revenue cycle management.

In September 2018, Yadira joined Adult and Child Mental Health Center, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they are responsible for the overall financial management of the organization. Yadira provides fiscal guidance and approval for short-term and long-term operations, new markets, research and development, contracts, hiring, capital investments, facility and fleet management, assessing and evaluating performance versus budget as part of the interdisciplinary business team. Yadira also directs the development of local financial policies, key performance indicators, spending controls and implementation of corporate policies.

Yadira is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Yadira Howe holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Universidad Tecnológica de México, and an MBA from the University of Texas. Yadira also has training in leadership from Girl Scouts of Central Indiana and in project management from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.

Their manager is Allen Brown, President & CEO. They work with Christine E. Negendank - Chief Medical Officer, Denise Amato - Chief Talent Officer, and Jessica Bissey - Chief Clinical Officer.
