Phil C.

Phil C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership consulting, human resources, and organizational development. As the Founder and Principal Consultant at Polaris Leadership Consulting since October 2020, Phil C. has provided strategic guidance in various capacities, including serving as a Board Member for the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon and Advocates for Life Skills and Opportunity (ALSO), and as a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching affiliated with McLean/Harvard Medical School. Previous roles include Head of Business & HR Consulting at Accrew, Director of Human Resources at TAPS Fish House & Brewery, and Project Manager & HR Manager at ASTR the Label. Phil C. has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Biola University and a Coaching Certification from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto. Phil C. also volunteered at Shelter Hostels Amsterdam, demonstrating a commitment to service and community engagement.
