Sarah Walters currently serves as the Director of Ministry Intelligence & Research at Adult & Teen Challenge, where responsibilities include empowering organizations with information related to faith-based recovery. As the Consulting Business Owner at Aha!Solutions, LLC, and an Adjunct Professor at Evangel University since 2011, Sarah has developed and taught courses in Organizational Design, Leadership Theory, and Strategy for Human Resource Development. Previous roles at Evangel University include Program Coordinator for the Masters of Organizational Leadership and Doctor of Strategic Leadership programs, Associate Dean and Director of Program Innovation and Development, Associate Professor of Kinesiology, Head Athletic Trainer, and Assistant Director of Athletics-Events/Facilities. Sarah holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership/Business from Regent University and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University, along with a Bachelor's in Athletic Training from the University of Central Arkansas.
