Eutricia Nomsa Mhlongo has extensive experience in various roles within the financial and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Business Acquisition Manager for Telesales at adumo since November 2021, Eutricia has previously worked as a Debt Collector at Transaction Capital Recoveries, focusing on data capturing, payment arrangements, and customer updates from May to November 2021. Prior to that, Eutricia was a Fulfilment Administrator at sureswipe, assisting account managers with Fica documentation and merchant migration from Mercantile bank to Nedbank in 2020. Eutricia began a career in customer service as a Call Center Customer Service Representative at Telesure Investment Holdings, managing inbound calls from Australian clients from September 2016 to October 2019.
