Veronica Asmus

Veronica Asmus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and community engagement across various industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Aduro Advisors, Veronica drives firm-wide priorities and ensures alignment in leadership communications. Previously, as Head of Operations at Afore Capital, Veronica built non-investment functions from the ground up, executed over 60 events annually, and launched a first-of-its-kind founder platform. Other roles include strategic roles at Upside, Sandhill Markets, and On Deck, as well as catering and sales management at Hilton and Alta Ski Lifts. Veronica holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Communication Studies from the University of Montana and has additional certifications in Hospitality and Outdoor Education.
