Leslie Scharfe

Leslie Scharfe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and development. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at First Interstate since September 2017, Leslie has also held roles such as Director of Organizational Development and Director of Leadership and Professional Development within the same company. Prior to this, Leslie co-founded Warum Studios, where operational and marketing responsibilities led to a successful product launch. Experience also includes coaching at Elation, Inc., instructing public speaking and organizational communication courses at Montana State University Billings, and directing operations at Vintage Five, LLC. Leslie's early career involved roles in student ministries, coaching at various high school and collegiate levels, and a solid educational background, including a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Westmont College.
