Celeste Ferber is a corporate attorney with over 15 years of experience. Celeste currently serves as the SVP, General Counsel and Secretary of Aduro, a biotech company based in Palo Alto, California. Before joining Shearman & Sterling LLP, Ms. Ferber worked as a corporate attorney for Morrison & Foerster from June 2006 to January 2014, and Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith LLP from October 2003 to May 2006.

Celeste Ferber has a JD from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University.
