Mena Beshay

Mena Beshay, CPA, CMA, CPA (US), CFE has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mena is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Aduro Clean Technologies Inc. Mena also holds the position of a Member of the Board of Directors at CHARBONE hydrogen TSXV:CH.

Prior to these roles, Mena served as the Global Head of Corporate Development and later as the Chief Financial Officer at CloudMD (TSXV:DOC) from 2018 to 2021.

Mena Beshay, CPA, CMA, CPA (US), CFE, completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Honours Accounting, with a minor in Finance, at McGill University from 1998 to 2003. From 2009 to 2010, Mena earned the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in Accounting, followed by the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in Accounting and Business/Management from 2011 to 2013. In addition, Mena has obtained additional certifications including Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the US, and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Ontario.
